Acro style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique chorography which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context. Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength.
